Who are we?
MIT has 25 years of software solution developments to channel partners, Systems Integrators and end-users provided through both software licences and SaaS (Software as a Service). All design and support is carried out by a UK team based in Chelmsford, with Sales and Marketing in Henley-on-Thames.
MIT provides a number of managed service solutions which can be provided either independently, or via customer-hosted solutions that we provide.
MIT provide a full managed or professional services option to our clients. This ranges from remotely managing a call management platforms on behalf of our clients, to remotely auditing an international estate of telephony platforms and producing a detailed report on the assets, licences and usage thereof.
All MIT Products are written and maintained by a dedicated team of in-house programmers at our Chelmsford HQ. MIT has been developing telephony applications since 1998.
Our customer support team operate in a dedicated customer support centre fed with live information from internal servers and client systems to ensure prompt management of any client issues
Out teams in Chelmsford, Henley-on-Thames and Bristol provide comprehensive project management and professional services to our clients. This ranges from oversight of installation projects to day-to-day management of installed platforms.
MIT works directly with many manufacturers in order to ensure that our products not only interwork, but are also compliant with individual interface specifications. Recent partnerships include working with vendors such a TPP who have been delivering clinical systems to the NHS for seventeen years with their SystmOne platform which is being used by 200,000 NHS staff across England and hosts electronic records for 36 million patients.
